Wow, very nice showing for Life of Pi. It's so awesome so many different movies are winning Best Picture at different places... It's shaping up to be a very interesting race.

My first year being out of the group (since I moved to San Diego), but I heard from other members that there was a lot of trouble with what movies members saw. The members in northern Nevada didn't get half of the screenings that the ones in Vegas got, so I guess films like The Hobbit and Zero Dark Thirty were eliminated from the ballot because not enough of the voting group had seen them... One member was even going to abstain from voting because of not being given the same opportunity to see all the films.

Anyways, I am not a fan of Life of Pi, so I wonder how my vote would have affected outcome with the 20 person voting pool this year...

Also....Amour is from Austria, not Germany.
