 Beverly Hills Ninja Beverly Hills Ninja Quote: Beverly Hills Ninja is a 1997 action comedy film directed by Dennis Dugan, written by Mark Feldberg and Mitchell Klebanoff, and starring Chris Farley. The main plot revolves around Haru (portrayed by Farley), who was found by a clan of ninjas as an infant in an abandoned treasure chest and was raised by them. He never quite conforms to their culture and never acquires the skills of a ninja, but is nonetheless good-natured and persevering in his personal ambitions. His first mission brings him to Beverly Hills to investigate a murder mystery. Freakin' hilarious movie. Seriously, one of Farrely's best. B+

It's nowhere near as good as Tommy Boy and Black Sheep, but is still pretty funny. Farley kind of lacks in charm here compared to those two other films. Still, it was pretty funny.

When I think of Farley, I think of Tommy Boy, then Black Sheep, with the former getting an A+ from and Sheep getting an A-. This one on the other hand is weak in my opinion. C+ Still some good moments though, but considering the concept I'm a little disappointed. Much better than the Western he was in though.
