RJ Mitte gives a committed performance this was the right choice for him after Breaking Bad. The problem is that this tackles a very serious subject and a lot of pressure on his shoulders. The story around him just crumbles because its confused between inspirational and emotional arc of the character. The worst of all is the finale that is so cringy it could have been entirely cut and that movie would have worked much better.
