Come True is an American science fiction horror film directed and written by Anthony Scott Burns. The film stars Landon Liboiron, Skylar Radzion, Julia Sarah Stone, Tiffany Helm, Chantal Perron and Tedra Rogers.
A super stylish and atmoespheric horror film with a very 80's inspired score and aesthetic which I did love, but its the definition of a slow burn and most are going to find the ending pretty disappointing IMO.
Julia Sarah Stone gives a really solid performance though aswell as Landon Liborion, but I really do wish I cared more about their characters in this than I did, because I honestly couldn't connect to any of them.
As intriguing as the premise is and as beautiful and creepy as alot of the visuals are I just found the execution of the story itself very weak and not all that engaging unfornatuely, but I see why critics love it and I'm sure plenty of other people will as well who are fans of artsy, slow burn horror flicks like this.
