A solid performance from Richard Jenkins and a very strong end makes this awards bait a good watch. The first half is a slow burn and while it tries to throw a few things that determines Stanley's actions it doesn't do enough for Shane Paul McGhie's character. Both these arcs are explored deeply in the second half where deception and accusations make things really interesting. I felt the role of management should have been more important here rather than using it a props for the story. The final bus scene between the two leads is powerful and Jenkins seamlessly portrays the guilt here.
