I loved Glenn Howerton in here but other than that I didn't connect with Joe Manganiello's character, if you do will enjoy this movie more. The animation was gorgeous but it also felt like the movie moves only when animation is around. I never believed the relationship between the central trio. Cleo as archenemy was also never believable and her live-entry is so unceremonious you might miss the fact. Glenn Howerton does a really good job as the drug syndicate in the short screen time he gets but his demise is very sad. Joe Manganiello is not bad himself but his character is not given enough other than a grumpy homeless man, most of his deeds are also not heroic. This is also not your typical superhero movie with very little to no action scenes.

It's decent flick with a nice gritty, dark atmosphere, but not a whole lot actually happens and the ending was weird as fuck IMO lol. I did enjoy Joe Manganiello in it though and now I can definitely see him pulling of a solid Slade Wilson/Deathstroke, but there isn't much to his character in terms of development. I thought all the acting was pretty solid across the board too, especially Glenn Howerton who should have been the main threat instead of the Amy Seimetz character who just comes completely out of left field with no kind of buildup or explanation at all which leads to a very underwhelming finale.
