Daniel and Sara have a 9-year-old son, Eric, and they've just moved to a new home not knowing the neighbours call it "the house of the voices". Eric is the first one to notice the odd noises behind each door.
A pretty decent Netflix/Spanish horror flick. It really starts off on a strong note with a really gruesome accident scene in the beginning, but the second half and third acts of this movie just brought it down big time IMO.
It relies way too much on cheap jump scares and I can't say I felt the ending/final reveal all that satisfying either, but I was entertained by it for the most part and you could do a lot worse these days.

Re: Don't Listen
It has the atmosphere and at the start of the movie some decent scares but then it becomes a generic thriller that never follows the promise of the premise. The horror elements are pretty non-existent though I would like to mention that it does not use night to bring out the scares which I loved here. The ending was hinted at the start so I saw it well before and thus it was not satisfying for me.
