Yeah, what Algren said...I definitely wouldn't say I liked it, but it isn't bad. Some things I like about it, some I don't. Overall wouldn't recommended it.

It was fine, but I don't necessarily know if I would want to see more movies in this universe. I probably will though because I actually enjoyed the sequences with the Beasts the most eventhough the CGI wasn't always great at times. As far as the characters go I honestly didn't care much for anyone besides Dan Folger. He was a really fun character while Eddie Redmayne was just sort of there talking with his whispery voice again. I thought they used Ezra Miller in a pretty effective way aswell because he didn't have much dialogue, but he was creepy which I'm guessing was intentional. Too bad about Colin Farrell getting replaced with Depp though. As the villain he was definitely menacing and it would have been interesting to see what they would have done with him in future movies, but now that isn't happening.

I've seen it three times now. Loved it more each time. A very worthy successor to Harry Potter and I'm very excited for the next one.

This was good. Though the plot was fairly thin until the final third. Big fan of the Beasts. More of them, please.

B/B+

Still think they should have snagged Christoph Waltz for Grindlewald
