The Beatles: Eight Days A Week - The Touring Years is a solid documentary record of it's subject. I went into it thinking that I've already seen everything there is to see about the Beatles, and left feeling the same, but still momentarily revelled in the experience. This Ron Howard documentary is focused (as the title says) on the Beatles' touring, which is both smart (because there's such an overload of existing material on them) and lacking (because I would have still liked some infill of of the surrounding Beatles biography to provide the depth of context). Definitely worth seeing for the Beatles completist. *B+*
