Fantastic damn movie. I loved every minute of it. The nerds reminded me of me. Very well acted and good storyline.

I finally got around seeing it a while ago...and I loved it. What a great little teen flick, better than the large chunk of the genre! It is very funny with several laugh-outloud-hilarious moments and I did like the two leads. There was some good chemistry between Emilie Hirsch and Elisha Cuthbert. Both put up quite adequate performance. Timothy Olyphant was a riot. On the whole, I really liked the film. My only complaint would be that it was a bit too long for its own good and it seemed a couple of times that it would end...and it didn't. Otherwise, very solid and funny film. It deserves a bigger success at the box-office.

It's interesting how little middle ground there's been with the reactions of this film. Anyways, I for one really enjoyed it, but I'd agree with bradley it was better at portraying teen stereotypes than at showing the relationship between the two leads.

I honestly didn't buy the relationship at all in the movie

I liked it but thought the ending was terrible. Too complex and twisty for a fuckin' teen comedy.

After a few more watches this has become one of my all-time faves. And it's not just Elisha who I love in this film. The entire cast is amazing.

My favorite movie. Can't believe I slept on it for 15 years (watched it last year for the first time-though I was only 9 when it came out to be fair), mad and was genuinely sad when I found out it didn't do good at the box office. Emile Hirsch and Elisha Cuthbert's chemistry is beautiful
