Yeah, this is one of Sheldon Lettich's worst Van Damme movies, but it's not overly terrible. It's kinda rubbish on the action front, and the acting and plot are obviously crap, but it's not as bad as some of Van Damme's and for that, I thank Lettich. I dislike the title, it makes it sound like a third-rate G.I. Joe rip-off.
