 Samsara
Samsara Quote: Samsara is a 2011 non-narrative film directed by Ron Fricke and produced by Mark Magidson, who also collaborated on Baraka (1992), a film of a similar vein. Samsara was filmed over four years in 25 countries around the world. It was shot in 70mm format and output to digital format. The film premiered in September 2011 at the Toronto International Film Festival and was publicly released in August 2012. To date, critics have generally praised the film for its images but felt that it lacked a particular message.

 Re: Samsara
This is a hard film to review in a conventional sense, but it is without a doubt a majestic and moving experience. Try to discover a political or social argument within the spectacular 70-millimeter images, captured around the globe in places both ancient and urban, or just absorb the film as a fascinating adventure and vacation within a movie theatre; either way, the experience is electric. This ode to the ever-turning wheel of life is a unique achievement which will stand the test of time.

 Re: Samsara
I loved Samsara - - the breadth of being human beings is breathtaking.
It's kinda like The Tree Of Life without all the bullshit.
