Re: Crawlspace A modest and often unoriginal, yet also exciting and satisfying blend of action, horror, and science fiction from Down Under. Its influences, ranging from Aliens to the Half-Life video-game franchise, are clear from start to finish, but the film is a respectful student with ace production design (for a low-budget production in particular), an able cast, and a surprising twist or two in the third act. Genre fans will not be blown away, but should leave amused and satisfied.
