And Soon the Darkness
This is a stupidly written, laughably acted, terribly directed, shit movie. The characters are imbeciles and the shoddy direction made me angry after a while. Amber Heard and Odette Yustman should have switched roles as Heard is more of the slutty type to be lured off by sparkle-in-their-eyes South Americans, and Odette looks more intelligent. Karl Urban is hardly in it, and it was so obvious that he WASN'T anything to do with the kidnappings and that the cop WAS the main guy behind it all. Everything was predictable, and I hated it from the first few scenes onward. Amber Heard has no idea how to act. It's so alien to her that she doesn't even understand the word.
The whole movie could have been avoided if they just rode a little bit faster and caught the bus they "missed". It was going quite slow, and for keen cyclists, they could have EASILY caught it. Plus, the fucking bus was going downhill! What an absolute load of shit this film is. From then on tons of stupid decisions were made. I looked like I was having a fit for all the eye rolling I was doing.
