Nobody ever saw this? Kinda surprising.

Anyway, it was okay for what it was, I guess, but the laughs are pretty sparse. I guess I can appreciate it, as it has a strong idea of what it wants to be and who it's going for (Maybe why the Weinsteins fucked with it so much), but there are still only a few moments that REALLY work, and the coming-of-age aspect never quite clicks. Also, hypocritical bashing of Star Trek?

Kristen Bell is so damn hot though.

I liked it. Wasn't in love with it, but think it deserved a little better than what exposure it received.

Saw it couple of weeks ago. It wasn't anything special, even to this SW fan. It's a fun little movie where Kristen Bell, while hot, is easily the weakest link in it.

maybe I needed to be a bigger SW fan to really enjoy it, but I only found it to be occasionally clever/cute. The cameos were a saving grace; I loved the Carrie Fisher one in particular.
