I'm continually perplexed by the amazing ability of Seth Rogen to attract drop-dead gorgeous beauties in his movies. I suppose that's a trait of all Apatow leads, but with him it's just kinda baffling. Perplexing, as I said.
I didn't hate it, but the end is a complete mess. They didn't even finish the movie! And what was the point of Star Whores?
Urgh.

Urgh. Agree with pretty much everything said here. The film didn't deserve to become the rare Weinstein hit like some were predicting and thankfully, it did not buck the trend. Banks was pretty much the only good thing about the movie.

Anyway, it should have been a bigger hit, and would have been so much bigger had it opened at a different time. It's much better than the year's other lame comedies ( STEP BROTHERS, PINEAPPLE EXPRESS, etc...).

I was disappointed. Kevin Smith is usually much better. The fact that these two were going to end up together after their sex scene was so predictable. Some of the jokes worked quite well, but overall it didn't do much for me.
