THE LIFE BEFORE HER EYES - 7/10 ( B )
An interesting, beautifully photographed film. Evan Rachel Wood is wonderful. For awhile my rating would have been an 8/10 (B+) but I felt it lost its way halfway through. Still a very solid film that I'd recommend.

Wanted to see this because Vadim Pearlman directed it. He previously helmed House of Sand and Fog, which was stupendous.

Yeah, that was indeed great, but this one doesn't look as good sadly.

I think I gave HOUSE OF SAND AND FOG a B or B+. It was very solid.
