Not only expectedly formulaic, predictable (which I really have no problem with) but Made of Honor is surprisingly utterly lifeless, unfunny, boring (the 'utterly' is the surprising part) and err.. kinda offensive (which made the whole things worse). Usually, I'm willing to forgive any movie with hot guy in shirtless. But this movie is so bad that even Dempsey's balls couldn't gain any score from me.

Seemed pretty lifeless. Characters were charming, but failed to convince me to care for them. About sums up the predictable rom-com.

Grade: C+

Its formulaic Rom Com stuff with very little in the way of Com. Funnily enough thou I found it passable until they decided that Scottish people have Highland games before each wedding. That couldn't be be insultingly mis representative if you had a Jewish character steal money from child for their gold pouch.

It's really a very harmless and mostly witness movie. Patrick Dempsey is bland in the leading role and Michelle Monaghan, while looking lovely is sadly wasted here. I really like her, but she just doesn't have anything to do. Sidney Pollack delivers the best acting bit in the entire film, but it's still sad that this film is the one that turned out to be his last.

I didn't really find it offensive as far as depicting Scotland goes...just very silly. A movie like this can't be taken seriously enough to be offensive in any way. There are a few amusing bits here and there, but mostly it is just a bland, completely by-the-numbers romcom.

I'm pretty sure I watched this, like 90% but I can't even remember the plot. I recall thinking it was pretty bad, and it clearly was unmemorable.

Exactly. If they don't know how to behave, and feel OK offending others, they get their ass kicked, so they'll think next time before opening their rotten mouths.
