The premise of the film wasn't my favorite, but it's a solid if mediocre film. I really like Aaron Eckhart, Timothy Olyphant and Elizabeth Banks in their roles. Jessica Alba and the kid are pretty awful and annoying. Couple of scenes don't work, but for a premise I didn't love (Eckhart and kid become realllly close) it didn't take away from the film's better points (Eckhart's relationship with brother and his boyfriend, Eckhart's job and donut franchise). Another weird part is the last scene you can tell Eckhart had already begun TDK. He sounds exactly like Harvey Dent, his whole Bill personality had changed.
