Post Re: Ca$h
Ca$h asks the question of what to do when one is given a large sum of money but then someone else who is aware of the money, will do all that is possible to get every penny of it back. That is the situation for Sam and Leslie Phelan (Chris Hemsworth & Victoria Profeta) in this crime thriller. With Pyke Kubic (Sean Bean) doing all he can, whether it be taking some of the money that the Phelan's have paid for on their house or causing them to rob banks, he drives the Phelans to an edge they never wanted to go. The acting and portrayal of these events, however, is poor with all three actors giving terrible performances that switch from whining the same old tune constantly while trying to be on top and control the rest of the time. The film also plays another old and tired trick from the film book of the main actress trying to seduce the "bad guy". Once the robberies get into place, the film turns into any other bank robbery film and it becomes predictable how events will turn out. The film's final few minutes for ending and closure result in dull, over-the-top, and predictable scenarios. Another unique plot that gets ruin by performances and direction. *
