Cute movie and quite funny.
Did anyone notice the awful editing when they were on the Coffe Shop?... Drew's drink was up and down, different cups and the color of the drink was different too.. hehe

I thought it was bad. Like, really bad.
It's too talky, not funny, Drew Barrymore's pretty awful, Hugh Grant is completely boring.
I thought it was even worse than Because I Said So, which I thought would undoubtedly take the cake as the worst romcom in recent memory.
I disliked it. A lot.

Re: Music & Lyrics
Eh. There were some unique ideas. I appreciated how it tried to be more of a comedy than a romance, but the comedy didn't deliver that much. That just stressed how underdeveloped the romance was without the backing of solid comedy. It wasn't a bad movie by any means, but nothing more than a mediocre rental. C+

Re: Music & Lyrics
This movie works, it's pleasant and fun. Very formulaic and Hollywood, nothing new here, but Drew and Hugh make it enjoyable, without them it might have been awful. Drew Barrymore was a surprise in that she seems to be aging well, she seemed like a mature, grown up woman here in a way that I hadn't noticed before.
