Quote:
Unaccompanied Minors (called Grounded in the UK) is a 2006 comedy film directed by Paul Feig and starring Dyllan Christopher, Lewis Black, Wilmer Valderrama, Tyler James Williams, Brett Kelly, Gina Mantegna, and Quinn Shephard. Unaccompanied Minors has been rated PG by the MPAA for "mild rude humor and language". It is based on a true story by Susan Burton first told on the public radio show This American Life under the title "In the Event of an Emergency, Put Your Sister in an Upright Position".

Pretty average, and aimed too much at a younger audience, and it doesn't have any "hidden" or whatever jokes for the older audience unlike many kid type films. Lewis Black (one of my favorite people), is decent in it, and his scenes (while only a few were funny) were the only parts I laughed at. I was expecting something similar to Snow Day, which is a personal favorite of mine, but it's too kid friendly and pretty dull.

I guess this was absolutely nothing special, but I wasn't bored throughout and frankly at least not as annoyed as when I was watching Elf prior to it. The kid actors are pretty good, but I doubt I will remember anything about this film in a week or so. I am really running out of Christmas movies to see that I haven't seen yet...
