The movie was shot throughout the metropolitan Little Rock, Arkansas area including Pulaski Heights, and Adams' hometown of North Little Rock. It premiered for wide release in Little Rock on December 14, 2006.

I loved it. Ashley Judd was great and gave one of the best lead female performances of 2006. It's a shame it's a Blockbuster Exclusive rental and not more widely available.

Re: Come Early Morning Just caught this. I liked it, but it felt really...empty. I guess that's how to describe it best. Ashley Judd gives her best performance to date (though I haven't seen Bug) and would have probably been nominated for a Golden Globe in a weaker drama year (4 out of the 5 were also nominated for an Oscar). I felt there was little resolution...and it was too short.
