 Waist Deep Waist Deep Quote: Waist Deep is a 2006 drama-action film directed by Vondie Curtis-Hall, starring Tyrese Gibson and Meagan Good. It is loosely based on the 1967 film Bonnie and Clyde, including some similar subplots including the two main characters on the road, trying to avoid police, and committing bank robberies.

Pretty average hood/gangster movie. As always Tyrese over-acts, Meagan Good shows plenty of her Angelina Jolie x10 lips, hips, and tits. The Game out-tough guys 50-Cent. "Boyz n the Hood" and "Hustle & Flow" this ain't but it is on par with movies like "Cradle to the Grave" and "Set it off". It's very watchable mindless summer action-movie fun.

Yeah, pretty average, though I liked it.

The first 80% of the movie was awesome, like GTA: San Andreas: The MOvie would likely play out. But then, we hit the climax with twenty minutes to go, at which point the actors wander sluggishly through with a poorly shot cop chase, meandering to a finale that's far too reminescent of The Shawshank Redemption if they hadn't explained how Andy Dufrense had a big fuking hole in his room. B
