 Brother Bear
Quote: Brother Bear is a 2003 American animated comedy-drama film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the 44th Disney animated feature film. In the film, an Inuit boy named Kenai pursues a bear in revenge for a fight that he provoked in which his oldest brother Sitka is killed. He tracks down the bear and kills it, but the Spirits, incensed by this unnecessary death, change Kenai into a bear himself as punishment.[3] In order to be human again, Kenai must travel to a mountain where the Northern lights touch the earth. On his way, Kenai is joined by a bear cub, and learns to see through another's eyes, feel through another's heart, and discovers the true meaning of brotherhood.
The film was the third and final Disney animated feature produced primarily by the Feature Animation studio at Disney-MGM Studios in Orlando, Florida; the studio was shut down in March 2004, not long after the release of this film in favor of computer animated features. The film received an Oscar nomination for Best Animated Feature. A direct-to-video sequel, Brother Bear 2, was released on August 29, 2006.

 Re: Brother Bear
This ones a little underrated. It’s not great, but the soundtrack is very catchy, and it’s a nice simple story with some comfortingly familiar animation and themes. The story is predictable, but it’s fun the whole way through regardless. I did not like the ending where he chooses to stay a bear though.

 Re: Brother Bear
It’s a mostly easy watch, though it can be a little boring at times and the main character is annoying for the first half. There are good parts like the aspect ratio expanding and hearing the animals start to talk and adjusting to the new world. I don’t get why he chose to stay a bear at the end since the relationship with his human brother was the central conflict of the movie. But whatever, it’s not great, but it’s fine and worth watching. I skipped Fantasia 2000 cause I wasn’t feeling it tonight. Will go back for it eventually. Only 3 more!
