Yesssss. One of my favorite comedies.

I know it's generally hated on this site, but eh, I don't care. It never gets old for me. A

This was decent. I LOVED Happy Gilmore and The Wedding Singer, but was disappointed by The Waterboy, and was afraid Big Daddy would disappoint, as well, but it was good. Not great, but entertaining.

I actually thought it was pretty good. The child actors portraying the kid are awful, but the movie is reasonably funny other than that. It also has a heart. B

I believe he was older than five. And there are good child actors out there.

I think this is pretty much the movie where Zingaling and I disagree on the most. In fact how this movie can belong to anyone's favorite comedies is simply beyond me because this movie lacks what any good comedy should have - good humor. I have never been a huge Sandler fan (even though his recent outings tend to get better than ever) and this movie is a prime example of that and probably the reason behind my slight disliking towards him.

I just didn't think that either he or this movie were particulary funny. Libs is right that the child actor was quite awful, but Sandler wasn't brillaint either. As always, I hated Rob Schneider's stupid appearance in this movie. The humor in this one was just too childish for my taste. Great, they are both peeing on a wall, how funny! Excuse me, but that is not funny.

There have been a couple of good moments and a couple of heartwarming ones as well, but they have been way too few and far inbetween and Adam Sandler was not enough of a good actor to emphasize the heartwarming ones as well as they should have. Overall, this is an infantile comedy that hardly works as one for its lack of a funny script and good performances.

Not necessarily one of Sandlers best, but still enjoyable. Steve Buscemi was great in this.

Hmmm, there's much more love for it here than I originally thought it would be.

This may not be recognized as a classic comedy but for me it is a guiltiy pleasure and one of my favorite comedies of all time, probaley top 5. My friends and I will quote this movie all the time to this day.

If O.J. can get away with murder then Sonny should be able to keep his kid. This guy knows what I am talking about.
