It's pretty silly, doesn't have anything to do with the two films preceding it (except for having the same title) and the action isn't all it's cracked up to be. It's some kind of a weird genre mixture of comedy, Asian action, romance and family drama, but it does have a certain charme to it overall. The leading actress is cool (it's the chick from the first Transporter film), but I was really disappointed that the action scenes were rather short and overall rather unimpressive. The comedy worked quite a bit better, though, but with different genres interfering its potential was undermined as well. Overall, a mediocre effort, but not a bad way to spend a night.
