Re: Universal Putting Films on VOD Right but even if its just drive-ins or random theaters, Universal is trying to get the prints out to theaters. AMC and Regal's points were based on Universal promoting digital release vs theatrical release but it does not seem to be the case. If Universal is trying to get this a theatrical window in these trying times then its really not pushing for a direct digital releases in future. I am sure AMC and other big chains are aware of this release and run for Trolls. Or maybe Universal is preparing to get these random chains for future releases
