Bernie doing well also could be the reason for stock market dropping

Sure but stocks are plummeting worldwide. There are already three cases of community transmission with unknown origin in the US and this has a 2-3 week incubation period. By April theatres will be shut down, trust.

My bad Dil, meant this

Horror films are typically mostly attended by women. Women also make the majority of movie-going decisions in general (due to date night being a large source of movie outings). There is ample research on this. Any box office aficionado should know.

Interesting. In my dating years, I think I made the plans 90% of the time. Most of the women did express interest in horror, though, which was fitting considering how our evening went.

$9.8M is mighty impressive off that weak preview. This is a brand name horror after all. Legs should be really strong if coronavirus doesn’t kill the box office.

A $26m start is outstanding for The Invisible Man. B+ Cinemascore is excellent, though I was expecting an 'A'.

Huge drop for Call of the Wild. Decent for Sonic. Should hit $150M even with Onward.

That's indeed great opening for TIM. Poor for Call. Sonic is doing good but I don't see it doing much after Onward

Good start for Invisible Man. Though I don’t think legs will get it to 100m. Call is out now too.
