Re: Wednesday #s
Wow that's weak after the $3.5M preview. I was expecting closer to $10M. I guess only the most hardcore fans knew it was even coming out on a Wednesday. Such a poor choice for release date; 5 days after Chucky, a week before Midsommer and Spider-Man and two weeks before it gets completely chomped. They should have kept this on the last weekend of July vs Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.

What a negative Nancy.
It's the third film about a killer doll that has no business being better than most films. The only way this would have overperformed if it added John Wick (Which would be fantastic the more I think of it)

I mean Tuesday was discount day. That's the big reason it posted such great preview numbers. I saw it Tuesday night for $5. Glad I didn't pay more than that. It's crap.
July is so dead though that I think it should hold up fine throughout it.
