Marvel hasn't announced the plans for their next phase, but, since several movies have directors, we can assume the schedule will go something like this..

Black Widow prequel - May 1 2020
The Eternals - July 31 2020
Doctor Strange 2 - November 6 2020
Black Panther 2 - February 12 2021
??? maybe the rumored Female Avengers movie? Or Deadpool 3? - May 7 2021
Shang Chi - November 5 2021
Women of Wakanda or the new Captain America or Nova will be black? - Feb 18 2022
Guardians of the Galaxy 3 + Thor - May 6 2022
Captain Marvel + Miss Marvel - July 29 2022

I'm sure Hulk will turn up in at least one of these movies.

Guardians 3 would have opened to $200M next May. The Gunn saga is gonna keep 2020 low for Marvel, even if Strange goes up to the $350-400M range. So Ant-Man numbers are more likely than not. The Eternals is a wildcard, the space movies have all done well, but they don't seem to have as fun of a crew as the Guardians or the Revengers from Thor Ragnarok.

Disney has stated they don't have plans for X-Men or the Fantastic Four just yet. And that makes sense, they could build those characters in solo movies and have X-Men be the new phase ending grand slam finale.

Predictions for the rumored movies:

Strange 2 - $125M / $330M

Black Panther 2 - $200M / $585M
Female Avengers - $164M / $440M
Shang Chi - $65M / $180M

I think it would've made much more sense to have Black Widow's film to be right before Endgame but idk.

Oh I guess Shang Chi could take one of the February dates for Lunar New Year, though China usually only has domestic releases during this time.

So are we talking about potential plots or just predictions? I'd rather the former but doesn't look like anyone has any theories. If so do we have to put it in spoilers?

Predictions for future movies based on what happened in Endgame was the idea of the thread.

Evans and RDJ could still show up in cameos as and when required, and that will instantly make whatever film they appear in more buzz worthy.

Looking at that lineup in the OP, it's disappointing to say the least.

They'd better be planning something for She-Hulk and/or Hulk.

I know there's the whole Universal Studios thing for Hulk, but let's get it figured out already.

I’m dumb and forgot Spider-Man 3: Homesomething. Will obviously be one of the later dates.

What's next in terms of overarching villain? Will it be Galactus? Is there anyone bigger and stronger than Thanos?

DC might be more interesting moving forward because they have Darkseid (which to me is DC's version of Thanos).

Kang the Conqueror seems like the most obvious villain for the main Avengers series moving forward, but in terms of a mega big bad I'd have to think Galactus. Maybe The Beyonder since the Russos have said they'd return to do Secret Wars.

Mysterio could also be lying. It's entirely possible that he only conned Fury/SHIELD into thinking that he's a hero from another dimension.

Hopefully Mysterio is lying, but multiverse is real. That way Deadpool can crossover and it won't be a disaster continuity-wise.

Ideally with the X-Men they'll just say that mutants have been in the MCU all-along, but they're few and far between and Professor X has been hiding their existence from the world. They could even show him influencing big events from the shadows (example: mentally helping Doctor Strange round up all the heroes at the end of Endgame and then erasing his memory of it).

I always figured they’d have some of the Vanished come back with superpowers they didn’t have before and there’s your phases 4,5 and 6.

Should probably watch Far From Home trailer.

Multiverse plot mechanic is strange and I hope the movie doesn’t waste too much time pretending Mysterio is good before the axe eventually falls.

Will make Raimi adjusted level money though really wondering if iron man stays dead at this point

I think RDJ Iron Man is done except maybe in flashbacks or holograms just based on how expensive he is. But both Iron Man and probably Tony Stark will eventually return.

Would be weird if the wait between Far From Home and May 2020 is a prequel Black Widow movie... idk we'll see.
