I went to see Escape Plan 2: Hades (10:35am) and Incredibles 2 (3pm) today. The first had about 15 people and the second had 5 people. I was surprised at the attendance for Hades. Considering it's a workday, I thought I'd be the only one in there.

There would be a certain satisfaction in Chinese audiences rejecting it. It is such a flagrantly inferior product. Its every frame oozes an attitude of, "Eh, who gives a shit? China will still go for it." Its air of cheapness is suffocating.
