$130m is the floor for opening weekend.

If critics pan it just like Suicide Squad and BvS and audiences hate it too, future trailers are worse, and there's just a lot of bad buzz....I could see it missing $300m. $130m OW could lead to a $270-$280m total even with holiday legs. That would be a DISASTER for Warner Bros.

There really should be a consensus on a 2% drop in gross for a film whose predecessor couldn't even break a 2.0 multiplier.

Nah. We live in a world where SUICIDE SQUAD, which is terrible, can make $325m simply because people are familiar with the characters.

The DCU's mediocrity lowers the ceiling, but the floor is still something like $340m. It's a Batman movie.

Just cause I'm sure someone else will say it... so was BvS.

I think opening will be anywhere between $150-175m. Below Suicide Squad would mean absolutely everything would have to go wrong again.

This also has a month before Last Jed, but if it's able to keep enough theaters maybe it can get a little holiday boost.

People are familiar with most of this iteration of the Justice League from a film that made half of its money in 3 days despite some of the weakest competition imaginable. People aren't exactly thrilled with these versions of the characters.

I think it's pretty crazy to think the same exact number of people are going to want to endure a direct follow-up 19 months later, let alone say that's the FLOOR. If WB had made a sequel to Batman & Robin that included The Flash with lightning bolt nipples, would you think $100M was the lowest it could go?

Out. I see it open at least to 180m. Plus with thanksgiving week ahead it will not have worse legs than BvS which had boosted OW due to Good Friday. I would say 180/370 at worst.

I do see it opening lower than $180m OW (maybe like $150m-$160m) but have SS type of legs. A lot of casual audience will be on the fence and would wait for WoM on this one regardless of RT score.

It would have to open lower than SS for this to happen IMO. I see a 150-160 opening myself, but if reviews are on par with BvS and the future marketing sucks than maybe this can happen.

I also think the reception to WW will be a very important factor aswell.
