 Deadpool (INTL)
Wednesday took in $12m already...
Germany is heading towards a 600,000 admissions opening - that's the biggest opening of an X-MEN universe film in ten years, despite a 16 rating...

 Re: Deadpool (INTL)
DEADPOOL's opening in Germany would be bigger than AVENGERS' opening (559,619 admissions) - less in US-$ of course because of exchange rate and 2D...

Hong Kong has two versions. The Cat III version (which seems to have all the showtimes) and the Cat IIb version which seems to have one or two showtimes per day.

Yeah, the Cat IIB version has 10 seconds cut from the III version. Very smart of FOX to do a secondary cut for the teenage market.

Also, the "happy Lunar New Year" sex scene is left out in the editing room. The PG-13 version also has alternate footage for scenes of hand chopping and strippers getting dressed. http://www.hkfilmblog.com/archives/47540

 Re: Deadpool (INTL)
DP should pass all MCU origins movies even Iron Man 2 internationally and that without China and a stricter rating. AMAZING!!

 Re: Deadpool (INTL)
GoE could be a good competition for DP this weekend in OS markets. Quote: Lionsgate’s “Gods of Egypt,” which will play on 3,117 screens, already represents a major setback for the studio — although it is performing respectably in international markets, with first-place launches in Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, as well as a strong Latin American debut. It’s bowing in 68 foreign markets this weekend. http://variety.com/2016/film/news/gods- ... 201716160/

 Re: Deadpool (INTL)
With 2.4m admissions DEADPOOL is now the biggest movie of the X-MEN universe in Germany and on Monday or Tuesday DP will become the biggest Marvel movie since 2007 (SPIDER-MAN 3), beating both AVENGERS movies...

Another $12m added from last weekend. I think it will finish close to CA:TWS OS and all this without China.
