I never said it wasn't relevant to the younger generation, simply that the December release would spread out its business, and that its opening wouldn't come anywhere near the record. The ridiculous presales have proven without a doubt this will behave like a summer, not a December film |

So what time are they going to stop at for the previews number since plenty of theaters are going till at least 5AM shows. |

I'm thinking this will be a large scale Fifty Shades where there are almost no walkups. Which will still be enough for 175+. |

ROTS crushes the midnight record, and is the first film to have 50 million in a single day (and it's a Thursday.) 2015. Yeah, 50 million just seems right for previews. It's Star Wars, it was created to turn the box office bat shit crazy. |

That doesn't necessarily mean they'll be counted in the previews total; most ticketing systems don't officially register a day as beginning until like 6 a.m. |
