Alice in Wonderland 2 and X-Men Age of Apocalypse both open on Memorial Day 2016. The pre-memorial day slot is empty. |

I think X-Men should move to pre memorial day so it can inflate its second weekend. DOFP's second weekend fall has shown us that X-Men+ Post Memorial Day Weekend= 60+% drop, regardless of quality. |

^ No, the farther from BvS and Cap 3, the better Alice should move to either March or Thanksgiving |

Both movies can co-exist Memorial Day weekend... And not even Disney thinks that ALICE 2 will open with $116m again... |

Even though I think the easy answer is Alice, I wouldn't be surprised if X-Men came in second providing both films don't move. |

Completely different audiences, and 4 days for people to see both if they wish...plenty of room for both to open. |

I also don't think either should move. I don't see Apocalypse's OW going up much from DOFP. And Alice isn't really aiming for the same audience. Apocalypse is more nerd and 20 and 30-somethings, while Alice is more family friendly. |
