A falling star fell from your heart And landed in my eyes I screamed aloud as it tore through them And now it's left me blind The stars, the moon They have all been blown out You left me in the dark No dawn, no day I'm always in this twilight, in the shadow of your heart And in the dark, I can hear your heartbeat I tried to find the sound But then it stopped, and I was in the darkness So darkness I became |

I saw Maleficent in 2-D at 4:20pm. The large auditorium was around 75 percent full; definitely far more females than males, though I noticed a fairly wide age range (from small children to older women). The trailers shown were for Big Hero 6, The Book of Life, Cinderella, Get on Up, If I Stay, and Step Up All In. Applause at the end of the film. |

Maleficent [1:50PM] Medium-sized Auditorium (20% full) Trailers: Annie, Paddington, Get on Up, Big Hero 6, Cinderella, The Book of Life, Jupiter Ascending, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Step Up All In. I must say, I think that's the most trailers I've ever seen in front a movie before. And I might be forgetting one. I was also worried by the low attendance, but then again, I live in a college town and half of the population left town last week, so. I thought the film was much better than either Alice in Wonderland or Oz: The Great and Powerful. (B+) |
