Re: Star Wars VII-IX > Avatar 2-4 Club
Somehow James Cameron spoiled this little competition with his announcement of Avatar 5...

Overseas, however, Avatar 2 will make more than Episode 7 and 8 combined, I guarantee that. Lecter, do you still guarantee this?

I don't remember joining this thread, but I've been put in the wrong club. Google Blue Harvest and you will see why.

Re: Star Wars VII-IX > Avatar 2-4 Club
Dang I forgot how long the Avatar sequels have been brewing. We got the whole SW trilogy in 2 years before the first Avatar sequel.
Even with the extra inflation though I could imagine no 2 Avatar sequels combining for more than Force Awakens.

Re: Star Wars VII-IX > Avatar 2-4 Club
Avatar sequels will clear $500m after another few years of inflation so there is a good shot of this club falling. A lot will still depend on Avatar 2 though, if it does $800m+ total then I can see all movies staying above $600m+. Though right now the edge is easily with SW to win this I'll still stay with Team Blue
