I apologize if there is a similar thread already, and please do delete if that's the case. Anyway, films that achieved amazing legs have a long history of birthing sequels that doubled their openings, and I expects this to follow suit. I'm in. 120m is probably more likely but I think this is the most exciting late teen/20s year old movie in May and perhaps June, it'll have a huge opening. |

Come on, the original Hangover would have likely done 80mil on 5 days with a memorial day release. A prediction only 35mil more than that is hardly daring.  I should mention that Hangover facebook page has 12.8 million fans. That's a hell of a lot more than any film coming out this summer, save for Potter. Edit: Good to hear, Michael A.

Arthur (Dr. Lecter) is fine, I think he just got bored/fed up with the place. As far as I know, nothing specifically caused him to leave. |

Actually, I'm IN. My 5-Day prediction comes out to 128.1 Million, so 130 Million is hardly a stretch. I could see it happening. |

I think this had 130+ potential, but they botched the trailers and ads. I think a lot of people can smell a cash grab It'll still be big OW, good for 80 mil 5 day... but it could've been much bigger if they had some good writers and creativity doing this one |
