Re: MONDAY'S NUMBERS
BS continues to amaze me. The movie, although definitely one of the best of the year, feels so artsy and inaccessible that I have no idea how it's doing so well. That said, kudos to Tangled for fending off all other kids movies and staying in the top 10. What a run!

Re: MONDAY'S NUMBERS
Fantastic for BS. Perhaps a sub 5% drop over the weekend? Or even an increase??

After I saw it its third weekend (when it opened here) I thought for sure WOM wasn't going to be very good. It's so artsy and out-there. That being said I'm still not sure WOM from general audiences is THAT great outside of the 18-25 group. But the buzz is just undeniable and it has turned itself into the "must see" movie of the season. Cannot believe its run. Really impressive.

Re: MONDAY'S NUMBERS
Black Swan is just....wow. I mean True Grit's success is amazing, but Black Swan makes us kinda forget it. It's like when I Am Legend and Alvin both broke out hugely in December 2007...

Re: MONDAY'S NUMBERS
I am not surprised with numbers but yeah that is a great number. The run is so amazing it could be one of the best runs of 2010. It surely did make up for a breakout of atleast one December release That being said the numbers overall are not that interesting. TG did good but rest everything else is crumbling now.
