About damn time for a prediction thread for next year overall

1. Two films will break 1B WW (TS3 and HP7)
2. TS3 will beat Shrek 2
3. Iron Man 2 will not pass 400m
4. HP7 will open over 150m+ but finish with less than 350m
5. Shrek 4 will not break 290m
6. Inception opens over 65m+
7. Eclipse won't pass Twilight
8. 2010 yearly total will break 12B

I dont think Toy Story is that big internationally, Shrek 4 will destroy it overseas.

I will also try.

1. TS3 will win the year, open > shrek the third and will make more than 400M domestic.
2. TS3 will beat Nemo OS unadjusted
3. Iron Man 2 will beat TF2 but make less than TS3
4. DH1 will make less than 300M domestic
5. Shrek 4 will not break 275m
6. Inception will open > 90M and will make 300M domestic
7. Eclipse will make less than twilight & New moon.
8. Alice in wonderland will make 200M domestic.
9. Robin hood will make more than 150M domestic and 400M WW.
10. Prince of Persia will make less than 200M domestic.

1. Toy Story 3 will win the year
2. Toy Story 3 and Iron Man 2 will both pass $400M, though IM2 will do it barely.
3. Toy Story 3 will beat Shrek 4 by atleast $125 million
4. HP7 will have an opening weekend over $135 million
5. HP7 will end a bit less than $350 million.
6. Inception will gross over $300 million.
7. Eclipse will gross under $200 million.

Don't see how Iron Man 2 can't break $400 million.

Iron Man: $318,412,101
Transformers: $319,246,193

And if anything, Iron Man was liked better and set itself up better for a sequel.

-Robin Hood opens under 40 million but tops 150
-Shrek opens between 110 and 120 million, totals under 300
-Prince of Persia is 2010's Transformers/Iron Man/Star Trek, and does 50 + opening weekend, 200 + total.
-Toy Story 3 opens between 90 and 100 million, top 350
-Inception has a multiplier over 3.5, even with a huge 80 million + opening weekend; makes Leo the biggest star in the world
-Narnia goes straight to dvd as movie gods continue to punish the franchise its pwnment of kong back in 2005
