Re: Production Budgets
Yes. The budget is fine. They have quite a few set pieces similar to first two Hunger games so that budget seems fine for MJ2.
Really nice for TNB and Secret in their Eyes as well.

Frankenstein isn't going to make its budget back domestically.

Re: Production Budgets
That's great for Creed. Close to standard animated budget for TGD and its actually good given the troubled production it had.
Frankenstein has decent budget as well. I think it can do Resident Evil numbers WW though higher percentage will be from OS markets.

Re: Production Budgets
That's good for SW. I was expecting a $250m budget for it. But then again it doesn't have A-list leads in it.

That's a great budget. Even if it flops it will still make a gigantic profit.

Man, Point Break is a grade-A floooooop.
Good thing Revenant has Leo in it, now it has a chance to at least break even.

Re: Production Budgets
They should have put Vin Diesel in Point Break if they were willing to spend $105 m on it. With xXx he's already shown he's bankable in that type of role. Also would have had a chance...

The Revenant will bomb too. I don't see how that movie (based on the trailer) will ever go mainstream.

Re: Production Budgets
It's probably as mainstream as BLACK SWAN and that one did (surprisingly) nicely...
