It's not going to get the same family audience over the weekend.. male fans of the game probably went to see it yesterday and word will get around how little gameplay is in the movie and how bad it is. I think Crossover will be closer to $4 million. Crank/Wicker Man seem about right. (After a bit more research: Okay, maybe it can make that amount... bad movies like Paparazzi had a 4.0 mult for the weekend. Cookout isn't a good comparison because that's a comedy and those tend to be stronger over Labor Day weekend, as opposed to on Friday.)

It should have been able to make at least 3 million. Crank does decently. Crossover meets lowered expectations. Nice for The Illusionist.
