This would be Wednesday Numbers. ;)

That's about a 9.5% drop for Pirates. Pretty solid. Should do at least $20 million on Friday and $60-65 million for the weekend.

Very solid for Pirates. I don't expect anything higher than a 10% drop on Thursday given the trend so far, so $20m Friday should be assured.

Suprising drop for Pirates, If it stays above 13 million, a 20 million friday is possible Though Im sticking with an 18.5 million Friday

Also is it just me or has Superman grossed the exact same thing 3 days in a row. It didnt even drop a % today I think. Nicely done. A 13 million weekend is still a reality.

Once again, expected for Pirates. On the all-time Wednesdays, that's #14, but it's #1 for non-opening day Wednesdays, just ahead of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire's Thanksgiving week.

I don't see how you can say that a 13 mill weekend is in store for Supes. I see more like 10.5-11. As for Pirates, I think it will do another 60 mill on the weekend.

10.5-11 if it has the same increases/drops as last wekeend, which is pretty unlikely right now.

good holds for superman and prada.

and WOW at pirates $$$$ total.

I say 13 millin because if its making 2.6 and increases 40% we'll be by 3.7 for Friday, Increase another 30% to about 4.8, then another 3.7. Sunday is always higher if not the same as Friday. So that would be around 12.5 give or take. I think 11 million range is too low at this point. The only reason it increased under 30% last week was because of Pirates.

There was only one film in the top ten that increased 30% or more last Saturday. It wasn't Superman, and it's not going to be this weekend either.

Cars keeps on chugging along!

If it can keep it's weekend and weekday drops below 25% for the rest of the summer, it could hit 250+ million. Unfortunatley, the one thing that will prevent it is it's massive loss of theatres which it should have over the next two weekends with all these movies opening... it's too bad...

Anyone else notice Cars dropped only 28% from last Wednesday?

I'm beginning to think sub-25% drop this weekend is possible.
