Even with such a low opening, Hoot is still performing like a kid movie. Sometimes the daily numbers of very low grossing movies could be distorted because their averages couldn't drop any lower. Apparently not for Hoot. A $57 PTA (around 10 kids a theater) on the fourth day of release just blows my mind. |

It's not like New Line couldn't have seen this one coming. |
