you guys i wouldnt be so sure poseidon will bomb...a lot fo the reason why i think people lowered its opening weekend cause they thought mi3 will take awya tons of business. we now know this wont be the case. besides that fact, i ve been seeing a lot of poseidon tv marketing...wwhile mi3 underpreformed, i think poseidoin will overpreform. |

Um nope, Poseidon will bomb because their is no draw in its cast, its an extremely small scale disaster flick compared to ARmageddon or DAT, and WB doesnt seem to have confidence in the film when DAvinci Code and X-3 have more ads despite not opening weeks before Poseidon |

Mine: POSEIDON - 31.7 MILLION JUST MY LUCK - 15.1 MILLION GOAL - 1.9 MILLION I could easily see Poseidon underperforming quite a bit. It could be another Kingdom of Heaven, or even another Stealth. I don't think it will do as bad as Stealth, but it's possible. It's more likely to do Kingdom of Heaven numbers than Stealth though. Poseidon is one that could go either way, but it's definitely unlikely it will do over 40 Million. Anywhere from 13-38 Million is possible. I might end up lowering my prediction later in the week. |
