It's hard to say whether Incredibles will gross $300 million or not. With Thanksgiving and Christmas coming, it has a great chance, but there's also competition out there, this weekend proving that quite well.

That'll teach them for spending so much on a movie.

I still think it'll reach $100 million. It'll have almost $75 million by the end of Turkey Weekend, or maybe a little more, and it will only need about $25 million for the rest of it's run, and with Christmas coming around, I see good drops.

It probably will, but I still never got why they spent so much to make a CGI film look real.

Wow. Motorcycle Diaries had a higher PTA than the newest Almodovar film. Guess we shouldn't underestimate the red...(Actually, the new numbers are really poor for TMD...it's had two drops over 20% in a row...:()

And, what the hell is "Saw Lions", xiayun? ;)

Very poor for Bridget Jones. It'll be lucky to crack $45m...Also, kinda poor for Ray...

Haha, just noticed that.

Bad Education is NC17, so you can't expect it to be higher than Motorcycle Diaries.

Yeah, I can.

It opened in less theatres than TMD first did. In New York.

The rating doesn't have much to do with it, when its only playing in 8 theatres...

Spongebob did awesome, as well. People though it would do worse than Rugrats, but it did better, and had a better PTA too. Though it didn't quite make micasey's crazy prediction, that's okay. This will be making over $100 million, obviously.

National Treasure is shocking. I could have never imagined it getting over $30 million, let alone topping this busy weekend. It was a kick-ass movie, too, so I'm happy for it. I was completely wrong, and this baby will make over $100 million with ease.

Bridget Jones dissapoints me. After such a huge expansion, it has a less than great increase, and a huge PTA decline.

The Incredibles dropped harder than expected, yes, but still damn good. I don't think this takes away it's chances of $300 million, though I still predict $290 total.

The Polar Express had a decent drop and should make $100 million, and be a profit in the long run.

But more people thought that SpongeBob will do close to 50 million this week than to0 do0 with Rugrats number. I think some of you people can write off SpongeBob from reaching 150 million dollars. Also alot more people thought that SpongeBob will overtake National Treasure for the number 1 movie this week even though fridays numbers were released

It was pretty close, though. And I wouldn't quite rule out $150 just yet. Yeah, most likely not. But, it's not impossible. Spongebob had an opening close to Elf's, and that made $170. But, I expect about $120 for Spongebob.
