DP07 isn't so good with kid's films, especially their opening weekend. Heh. He's not that good with multipliers either. Remember his 2.5 multiplier prediction for RV?  Wasn't that baumer? He said it wouldn't break $35M after opening weekend.  DP07 smartened up in the end and gave it a 14/48 prediction, but in Febuary he was predicting 7/17. 
That was before it was advertised almost entirely to families. Plus, if it had bombed the legs would have been worse. Movies like that lose theaters right away. So, that wasn't a multiplier prediction applicable to this movie. The thing I'm best at is actually multipliers.

Well I think there is one very positive thing that might come out of a Cars underperformance. Toy Story 3 seems like it will be more likely the lower Cars is. It would be a good follow up to Ratatouille, in 2008 or 2009...
