Note: I decided to start with Nov. 5th, 2003, which is a Wednesday, because that is the day Matrix Revolutions kicked things off. It's also great because the two years are indentical in terms of dates; both seasons start with Nov. 5th. The $37m lead 2003 has is huge, but keep in mind that it includes Revolutions' big opening and Elf's surprisingly high opening as well. Revolutions will take a nosedive in subsequent weekends, but Elf will keep trucking along. Tomorrow, Polar Express will be added (I'll update at night; I have school the whole day). I do not expect PE's first two days to be very impressive; it should add a nice sum during the weekend, however, and The Incredibles' 2nd Wknd will add much also.

EDIT: jb007 just reminded me that this week, we have Veterans Day. The films arel ikely to increase nicely tomorrow, and keep up Thursday. So expect Polar Express to have a nice opening day after all; $6-7m would be splendid. The Incredibles should go up nicely as well. The last time we've had this was in 1999:
