Which is still an all right move. Christmas gave it a boost. Maybe it would have opened to 8 or 9 million in January and shown much less staying power than the holiday season will allow.

Wolf came in lesser estimates than Hobbit....surprised because the late reports I checked said that Wolf picked up speed. Wolf's Cinemascore is troubling for its legs outside of Christmas IMO and it is looking more and more likely that it wont be big at Awards season.

AM2 jumped a lot which is great. Overall very good for holdovers.

Among the new comers I can't believe that Grudge Match opened that low....was definitely expecting more for it but as mentioned before in this thread something had to give among SO many new movies.
